Rooftop pool is stunning and well-maintained.

Our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. The slow elevator wait times were annoying, particularly during busy hours like checkout.

Had a wonderful stay with my family! We loved the heated outdoor pool and lounged on the sun terrace each afternoon. One small hiccup was that our room could have used a little more soundproofing, but we were still happy overall, so I’d definitely recommend it for a family getaway! 😊

My stay was amazing! The King Suite with a Balcony and City View was jaw-dropping, offering fine vistas of the city skyline and mountains. The staff felt like family, always greeting me with warmth and genuine care that reminded me of home.

Family Trip to Remember

Had a splendid stay! The staff were really good, Lisa from the concierge made us feel like family, helping us with everything we needed from arrival to departure.

great central spot near parks and attractions for weekend strolls

I loved the walkable distance to Stanley Park, which is just about 3 km away, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery, and being so close to Granville Island made it easy to explore the local markets and eateries during my stay. the decor was up to date, and the room was comfy enough for relaxing after a day of adventures.
